Amelia Horan, MPEd, R.B.A (Ont.), BCBA

Amelia is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), with a passion for fostering growth and independence in individuals across the lifespan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour with a specialization in Mental Health from McMaster University, and a Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Western University.

With over 10 years of experience working with children and youth with disabilities, Amelia has supported learners as young as 4 through to adults 60+. She has worked across diverse settings, including schools, hospitals, homes, and community programs, and is skilled at adapting support to meet the unique needs of each individual and environment.

Amelia has a special interest in supporting youth and adults with severe and high-risk behaviours, using evidence-based, compassionate approaches such as Skill-Based Treatment (SBT). Whether collaborating with educators, supporting families, or leading teams, Amelia is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those she supports.

Through Whole Hearts ABA, Amelia provides individualized, in-home and community-based services designed to empower families, promote independence, and foster meaningful, lasting change. She is dedicated to advocating for inclusivity and helping every learner build skills and connections that enrich their lives.
